Well tomorrow is the final day of the 12 week UTC. It has been an amazing ride. The final meeting is tomorrow morning & I'm looking forward to it. I even took a part day vacation from work to be able to attend, yes it is really that important.
Looking forward to whatever is in store for us.
Will post sometime tomorrow, day or night about whatever was covered at this final meeting.

The end of this new beginning is nearing
Well, for the last 10 weeks I've been doing this UTC program. It is now week 11, day 2 of the 12 weeks. This stuff really works, it is absolutely awesome. Eating right, conbined with both strength & cardio exerecise is as real as it gets. Endorphines in the system just help to encourage the continuation of good habits that promote healthy living. I've got a little less than 2 weeks left before we take our after pictures. I am excited, really I am.....
I can see muscles in places that I've never been able to see them for my entire life. I'm down 32 pounds on the scale and just a bit more than 3 full pant sizes. I'm down a full shirt size, soon probably going to be another one unless I start bulking up with more muscle. Lean muscle, that's what I want to gain, if anything. I don't have a problem with worrying about taking my shirt off and scaring the whole world any more.
Heck I've got to go and buy new pants soon, and that makes me happy!!!

UTC Phase # 3 begins
Wow, What a day & what a seminar!!OK, Phase 3, here I go.
Great meeting/seminar this morning!
I'm interested in getting setup with some kettle bells and proper instruction, so that I can accelerate my body composition changes and put on more lean muscle mass. The proper instruction, for all the obvious reasons as discussed this morning, mainly to avoid any new or aggravate any old injuries.
Thanks for the Sample menus posted today. They helped clear up a little confusion from this morning as I was a few minutes late arriving.
Jumpin Jehosifat!! I think I just might be getting it, or at least starting to get it. It never ceases to amaze me how old information, when presented anew and put into practice can make such a difference, when re-learned differently.
It's time for me to can those sitting in place exercise machines and drag out the old free weights, dumbells & bench.
Some of my free weights are probably just as old as Tom Phillips, if not older.... HAH!
Tom & Jody, Thanks and I mean that from the heart, the one that doesn't need blood pressure medicine any more, as well as the partially re-wired mind. I'm looking forward to changing the schematic inside my head some more, as well as everything else that goes along with that.

7 Weeks Down, 5 to go, starting week 8 of 12
Alrighty then, 7 weeks down, 5 to go, starting week #8 of 12 and phase 3 of the "Ultimate Transformation Challenge.
Doctor has me off my blood pressure medicine. Won't know about cholesterol & tri-glyceride meds until after next bloodwork. That's not scheduled until 7/15 or later, although I'm confident it will be reduced if not eliminated completely at that time.
Endorphines, I just love the endorphines running around inside of me from my recent re-birth of exercising frenzy. It's like a drug, an extremely satisfying, legal, drug, and it's good for you to boot. How about that.

Half Way There
6 Weeks down, 6 weeks to go until finishing the UTC challenge.
Eating right & regular exercise are actually pretty amazing. They really do work, and quite effectively. We all have heard about what we need to do to be healthy. We all are pretty sure that we know what to do to be healthy. How many of us actually put that knowledge into practice?
I'm fully down 2 pant sizes, almost ready for the third.
My extra large shirts are too big.
I have dropped a lot of body fat and added a considerable amount of lean muscle mass.
The scale says that I'm down close to 20 pounds since starting the transformation process.
My resting heart rate has improved as well as my blood pressure. I haven't had any blood work done yet but it's coming soon. Maybe the results will be sufficient for the doctor to reduce and or eliminate some of the 3 maintenance meds I use daily for blood pressure, cholesterol & tri-glycerides.
The whole idea of creating good habits, mainly eating & regular various exercise is working rather well, in spite of the fact that I am a shift worker at my regular full time job.
I thank God for putting the path before me that I have chosen and all of it's trials and lessons. This is another lesson that I plan to keep with me for the rest of my life and afterward. A lesson I plan to keep in practice.

Ultimate Transformation Challenge
Shape, I'm in shape. Round is a shape. Round is the shape I've been in for entirely too long. It's time to make a permanent change for both me and the woman I dearly Love. It's time to change the shape I'm in.
